Mr. Troels Frøling was elected Secretary General of the Atlantic Treaty Association (ATA) in November, 2003. Before taking on this function, and during the course of his career, Mr. Frøling has held many distinguished positions.

Jean-Paul R. Preumont was elected Treasurer of the Atlantic Treaty Association in May 2011. Before taking on this function, he was Director of the Centre for studies (1976 - 1991) and Vice-President (1991 – 2011) of the Euro-Atlantic Association of Belgium. Since 2003, he is also Chairman of the Jury of the Euro-Atlantic Award of the Belgian Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Giuseppe Belardetti is Programs Director at the Atlantic Treaty Association since January 2011. Prior, he was Program officer at the Italian Atlantic Committee. Mr. Belardetti holds a Master Degree in International Studies from LUISS University and is a PdH candidate on Global Studies. Prior to joining the ATA Oliver worked as a Researcher with the United Kingdom Defence Forum, writing on UK foreign policy and defence issues.
