The Atlantic Treaty Association (ATA) is the umbrella organization for the 40 Atlantic Councils of the NATO Alliance – both Allied and Partner countries. Along with the Youth Atlantic Treaty Association (YATA), the ATA acts as a network facilitator in the Euro-Atlantic region and beyond, building civil society support for NATO and transatlantic cooperation, and sharing best practices among its member organizations.

The ATA draws together the leaders of today and tomorrow, in both the public and private sectors – including the fields of public policy and academia, to help foster the values set forth in the North Atlantic Treaty: Democracy, Freedom, Liberty, Peace, Security, and the Rule of law.
