Norway’s Annual Leangkollen Conference in February is titled “Current and future challenges for NATO’s revised strategic concept,” and it focused on energy security, the upcoming arms control and disarmament process, communication and perceptions on Afghanistan, and the inclusion of Russia in European decision-making and energy.

Speakers were Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jonas Gahr Støre, UN Special Representative to Afghanistan Kai Eide, Deputy Defence Minister Espen Barth Eide, and DASG Stephanie Babst from NATO PDD.
