14th Portuguese Atlantic Youth Seminar PAYS - 1-8 August 2009
The 14th Portuguese Atlantic Youth Seminar was organized by the Portuguese Atlantic Committee and the Portuguese Atlantic Youth Association. This year the Seminar was held at Alfeite Naval Academy, near Lisbon, from the 1st to the 8th of August.
The lectures and educational activities of this seminar discussed the drafting of NAT0’s new strategic concept.
