Security in Cyberspace

alt

The paper focuses on cyber attacks and their impact on the traditional understandig of security and international law. Cyber attacks are characterised by relatively low political and economic costs, anonymity and global reach. Together, these characteristics make cyber attacks a unique threat, which is very hard to counter with ongoing defence measures and initiatives. The paper puts a framework in place for some very exciting discussions, which should be debated from the classroom to Parliament.
